Job Title: Recruitment Operations Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for recruitment and administration? We're seeking a Recruitment Operations Assistant to support our busy recruitment team and help drive operational efficiency within our leading property services company.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for our Nexus team, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from application to offer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high-touch experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Conducting telephone and competency interviews, relaying job information to applicants
  • Advertising vacancies on relevant job boards and pre-screening candidates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with recruitment events and ensuring all candidate touch-points are managed
  • Taking minutes for formal meetings and supporting team members with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with branch administration and data capture when required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a recruitment or administrative role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment software
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Working Hours

This role is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to cover later hours and occasional Saturdays for recruitment events.
