Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team in our Colchester office.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a broad range of skills in administration and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and filing across various departments.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls professionally, manage correspondence, and relay messages.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling interviews and managing team calendars.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment consultants with candidate compliance checks and paperwork.
  • General Office Duties: Order supplies and help with various ad hoc tasks as required.
