Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team in our Colchester office.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a broad range of skills in administration and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and filing across various departments.
- Communication: Handle phone calls professionally, manage correspondence, and relay messages.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling interviews and managing team calendars.
- Database Maintenance: Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment consultants with candidate compliance checks and paperwork.
- General Office Duties: Order supplies and help with various ad hoc tasks as required.
