Job Overview

The Assistant Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing new listing opportunities, supporting the manager in their absence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate valuations through proactive customer contact and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Liaise with branches to drive data loading and respond to branch queries as needed.
  • Measure results and report on KPI and budget performance in the absence of the manager.
  • Ensure completion of administration tasks and maintain effective communication with colleagues.
  • Support and promote the maximization of cross-sales and referrals across businesses.
  • Work to agreed company policies and processes at all times and ensure colleagues do the same.
  • Deliver a service that creates 'Raving Fans' and support and promote brand values and the embedding of the group's core beliefs.
  • Handle complaints within company guidelines and maintain all records relating to the role to a high standard.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £25,000 per year, depending on sales experience.
