About the Role

This exciting new business prospecting and lead generation role, based in Colchester, focuses on discovering new sales opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. To succeed in this position, you will need to be a confident communicator with a customer-first approach, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively with the sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, supporting the sales team's success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, qualifying database contacts and identifying key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with the face-to-face team to transition clients for discovery calls and further consultative discussions
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM to support follow-up and monitor key performance indicators
