Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Systems Specialist to join our team at United Living Group. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize our work management systems, including Totalmobile, to ensure seamless operations and efficient data capture.
  • Support the wider Super User network in creating new users, resources, and reporting within the system.
  • Resolve interface errors with clients and suppliers, and provide point-of-contact support for problem-solving configuration of Totalmobile and new project/contract set-ups.
  • Cleanse historic data and configurations, and work with the technical team at Totalmobile to ensure system performance and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, create video tutorial libraries, and provide weekly project performance reports to operational leads.

Requirements

  • Confident in customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and initiative to learn quickly on the job.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work flexibly, including some evening and weekend work.

Desirable Skills

  • Working with APIs, knowledge of XML or JSON files, and experience working with Totalmobile.
  • Knowledge and usage of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
