Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Support and Optimization Expert to join our team at United Living Group. As an Operational Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our work management systems, including Totalmobile (Connect & Mobilise). Your primary focus will be on enhancing the system, supporting reporting requirements, and maintaining overall system performance.

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative and problem-solve. You will work closely with the technical team at Totalmobile and be the point of contact for problem-solving configuration of Totalmobile and new Project/Contract set-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining system usage for office and site-based operational staff
  • Supporting the wider Super User network to ensure they can create new users, resources, van stocks, reporting, and other simpler tasks within the system
  • Supporting the transition from incumbent systems to Totalmobile
  • Resolving all interface errors with our clients and suppliers

We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills, Excel skills, and knowledge of system integrations. Experience in SQL and Power BI is also important as this is our go-to method of reporting. Communication skills are critical as you will be liaising with numerous internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
