About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our client's dynamic head office team in Thame. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the provision of on-site technical support to 50 users, ensuring their systems are always running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to technical support queries raised by users via phone, email, and in person.
  • Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for common hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Resolving complex issues related to servers, databases, and applications.
  • Identifying and resolving problems related to infrastructure, network connectivity, and IT security.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or working independently providing 1st Line / helpdesk troubleshooting to complex 3rd Line support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 2003/2008 server and Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010.
  • Strong technical skills across Mac operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent telephone manner and polished client facing experience.
  • A Microsoft certification such as an MCSE or MCITP is desirable.
Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
