Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our production teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals and prepayments
* Maintain the fixed asset register
* Manage weekly supplier payments and payroll processes
* Assist the Management Accountant with annual budgets and forecasts

**Requirements**

* Experience in production accounting with advanced Excel skills
* Familiarity with accounting systems, such as Sage X3 and Sage payroll
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
