We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the West Midlands for our leading company in the Manufacturing Wood Sector.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities to promote our manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Generate, track, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Presentation and negotiation skills are essential to close deals effectively.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help drive product improvements and inform strategic planning.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and marketing. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
