About the Job:

We are seeking a Partnership Growth and Sales Specialist to join our team at Broadwick Entertainment Limited in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial partnerships and business development strategies to increase revenue across our portfolio of venues, spaces, events, and experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships, with strong relationships and contacts within the industry. You will also have experience delivering a sales budget and P+Ls, as well as prior experience working in event brand partnerships from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and close new partnership deals to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue across our portfolio
  • Support the Account Manager in delivery and account management of brand partnerships across the Broadwick Live portfolio and external events/festivals
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships
  • Strong relationships and contacts within the industry
  • Experience delivering a sales budget and P+Ls
  • Prior experience working in event brand partnerships from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
