Job DescriptionThe successful Business Development Executive will assist senior colleagues in managing business sales as part of a project team. Responsibilities include estimating the value of businesses using correct calculations and processes, preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, and negotiating sales.
You will be responsible for arranging viewings, progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors, and providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome. Additionally, you will utilise our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage the sale processes and deliver real-time, accurate reporting.
