We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Environmental Health Specialist to join our Professional Development Programme at MWH Treatment.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in health, safety, and environmental management, working alongside our experienced SHEQ team.

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial manager in understanding and delivering best-in-class performance in SHEQ risk management, as well as integrating within wider project teams to gain valuable insights into day-to-day challenges.

This role offers a comprehensive three-year Graduate Programme, including a structured training plan, UK-wide networking opportunities, and practical on-the-job training with industry experts.

What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £32,000 per annum, with 6 monthly salary increases rewarding your commitment to development and training.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional 5 days available to buy), along with some flexibility with hybrid working.

Key requirements include having achieved or being on track to achieve a degree in an engineering, health & safety, or environmental management field, as well as possessing a full UK driving licence.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, willing to spend time in other offices and sites, and able to travel to the office and sites (some of which may be difficult to access through public transport).
