Job Title: Cluster Team Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to meet the needs and wishes of the people we support.
  • Work closely with the Registered Area Manager to ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with CQC standards and organisational policies.
  • Conduct supervisions and performance appraisals with team members to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Support the Registered Area Manager to create a reflective culture of open communication and feedback within the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent).
