Overview

Job Title: Cluster Team Manager (Must be a driver).
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Reporting to: Area Registered Manager

Location: Stoke on Trent

We are seeking a Cluster Team Manager to support in managing our service, ensuring the best life possible for people with learning disabilities.

The post requires a team manager on a salary of £30-35k, ideally a driver due to the nature of the role and occasional visits to the registered location. The role involves supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, including those with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide lead practitioner expertise and lead the support worker team on a day-to-day basis for the designated services.
  • Ensure that high standards of care and support are always maintained and that the designated services continuously improve and develop.
  • Deliver and demonstrate best outcomes to all people supported by Aspirations Care and ensure that the people we support are involved in shaping these using the principles of co-production.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent).
