Leadership Opportunity in Children's Services

We are seeking a passionate and driven Children's Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a growing and ambitious organisation. As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of care and support to young people aged between 7 and 18 through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the highest levels of care and support to young people
  • Providing leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of young people
  • Managing a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
