We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a leader in residential care, you will have the opportunity to set up and manage a BRAND NEW 3 bed home for children and young people with EBD.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with learning disabilities and or challenging behaviours. You will deliver the highest levels of care and support to young people aged between 7 and 18 through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of carers and support staff
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
