About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and service governance policies.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and development.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting.
- Driving Licence is essential.
Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 per annum, including a performance bonus of up to £17,000 per year.
