Job Summary: We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager to lead and manage a Children's Home in Burton on Trent. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential and at least 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and service governance policies.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Manage recruitment, staff training, and development.

Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting.
  • Driving Licence is essential.

Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 per annum, including a performance bonus of up to £17,000 per year.
