We are excited to offer a unique career opportunity for an ambitious Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a leader in residential care, you will have the chance to set up and manage a BRAND NEW 3 bed home for children and young people with EBD.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to young people aged between 7 and 18, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
- Leading and managing a team of carers and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
