About the Role:
- Responsible for Sales and Fulfilment Business Development, achieving profitable revenue growth in line with the company's commercial policy.
- Domestic and European pallet distribution, storage, fulfilment, and services.
- Gain new business in line with set business targets.
- Assist in retaining and developing existing accounts and revenue streams.
- Actively promote Sales and Fulfilment in the UK to potential customers in the UK and overseas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure proactive management of the sales process to win new business in line with budget expectations. Stimulate, grow, and maintain an appropriate pipeline and produce on a weekly basis.
- Liaise daily with operations, customer services, administration, and finance to ensure that the requirements of new and existing accounts are known and understood.
- Ensure smooth implementation of new business, working closely with the team to deliver results.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £74K to £79K, inclusive of car allowance, plus 20% bonus OTE £90K.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
