About the Role

KBR, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Proposals Manager to support the growth of our Integrated Solutions – International business unit.

This role sits within the Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) segment, which comprises two main business units: Integrated Solutions and Government Solutions. As a Senior Proposals Manager, you will be part of the pursuit team that works closely with sales and operations to ensure we offer creative, client-focused, and winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Proposals in ensuring high-quality proposal documentation.
  • Proposal planning, coordination, and facilitation of deliverables.
  • Writing individual proposal sections or entire proposals for smaller projects.
  • Reviewing bids prior to submission to ensure quality and adherence to KBR standards.
  • Maintaining data and information needed for proposal preparation.
Requirements
  • Leadership and management skills, with experience in a matrix environment.
  • High degree of planning and organizing skills, with mature judgment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write persuasive proposal text.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Project Management or Engineering background, with relevant experience in bid management.
