About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our Proposals Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposal documentation that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of proposal team activities, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and coordinate the production of winning proposals, including the creation of win themes and strategies that differentiate us from our competitors.
  • Proposal Review and Editing: Conduct reviews of bids prior to submission to ensure that they meet the required standards and are free from errors.
  • Client Support: Provide support to clients throughout the proposal process, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the final product.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage the upkeep and development of knowledge stores, including standard company information, experience lists, and executive summaries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in bid management and delivering complex proposals under tight deadlines.
  • Skills: Strong management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Education: A relevant number of years' experience in bid management, preferably in the oil and gas industry or energy transition.
