Position: Senior Proposals Manager

KBR operates on a global scale, focusing on two primary sectors: Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). This position is located within the STS sector, specifically in the Integrated Solutions division. Integrated Solutions is dedicated to engineering and project execution, primarily serving the hydrocarbons and energy transition sectors.

Our office is in search of a qualified Senior Proposals Manager to enhance the growth of our Integrated Solutions – International division. This unit emphasizes sustainable practices within both upstream and downstream hydrocarbon markets, covering a wide range of services from onshore to offshore, as well as brownfield and greenfield projects.

The Senior Proposals Manager is a vital member of the pursuit team, collaborating closely with sales and operational teams to ensure the delivery of competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, including the development of win themes, bid strategies, solution formulation, and team evaluations.
  • Lead the creation of proposals, executive summaries, and client presentations, while supporting project and business development directors during significant pursuits.
  • Ensure compliance with proposal protocols, craft effective win themes and strategies, and conduct thorough bid reviews.
  • Assist business development and operational teams in bid preparation, while managing the upkeep of knowledge repositories and proposal-related activities.
  • Provide updates to Senior Management regarding proposal initiatives and their progress.

Required Experience:

Demonstrated expertise in bid management, a solid grasp of proposal methodologies, and a track record of delivering proposals within the energy sector.
