Job Summary

KBR is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to support the growth of our Integrated Solutions – International business unit. As a key member of the Proposals Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality proposal documentation is delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small to medium-sized proposals, pre-qualifications, executive summaries, knowledge stores, and client presentations.
  • Assist project directors and business development directors on major pursuits.
  • Develop, coordinate, and produce win themes and strategies to differentiate KBR from competitors.
  • Write individual sections of proposals or the whole proposal for smaller projects.
  • Conduct reviews of bids prior to submission to ensure high-quality submissions.
  • Support business development/operations in developing all aspects of the bid.
  • Manage the upkeep and development of knowledge stores, including standard company information, experience lists, executive summaries, and proposals-related information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid management and delivering complex proposals under tight timelines.
  • Good understanding of proposal processes and key principles for an international business.
  • Strong management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Minimum requirement of three days in the office.
