Business Development Manager

Gallagher, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a seasoned Sales & Service Manager to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the New Business & Renewals teams, ensuring exceptional sales and service performance.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and work closely with the wider teams to drive client delivery and improve performance across the teams. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in people management, preferably in a call centre/sales environment or wider insurance industry.
This is an onsite role at Gallagher's Tunbridge Wells office, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance, income protection, and health cash plan, employees can also enjoy three fully paid volunteering days per year, employee stock purchase plan, and access to a discounted voucher portal.
