Job Summary

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading provider of advice, support, delivery, and consultancy services across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of People to develop, implement, and drive HR strategy and projects across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively gather, evaluate, and analyze data to support the implementation of HR initiatives, including areas such as people management and dynamic headcount strategy.
  • Support the Head of People on regular cadence calls with senior management and stakeholders, providing guidance and influencing them to own and manage their people.
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation, managing project deliverables, briefing documents, workshops, and line manager training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern HR procedures, legal matters, and best practices, working collaboratively with the people team to introduce and embed new ideas and initiatives.
  • Identify HR training needs across the business and coach and develop employees in areas such as line management, dignity at work, and legislative matters.
  • Review and update HR processes to improve workflows and modernize HR practices.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an experienced HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Exceptional planning and consultative approach with project management skills and experience.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and passionate about HR practices, seeking to innovate, modernize, transform, and improve culture, processes, and the employee experience.
