About the Role

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy, working closely with our leadership team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead HR projects, including HRIS integration and cultural change programs
  • Develop and implement processes and policies to support employee experience and engagement
  • Provide commercial advice on HR issues and upskill managers on ER matters
  • Manage two direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning and development initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives
Requirements
  • CIPD level 7 qualification and previous commercial business experience
  • Proven HR project experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with utilizing data to inform business decisions
  • Ability to work in a hybrid pattern, with 2 days per week in the office
