HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy, working closely with our leadership team to drive business growth and success.
This is a broad generalist role that encompasses a range of HR activities, including employment relations, restructuring, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and reward and recognition. You will be responsible for providing commercial advice on HR issues, upskilling and coaching managers on employment law matters, and developing a first-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Project Management: Lead and deliver HR projects, including HRIS integration and cultural change initiatives, to drive business improvement and growth.
- Employee Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience, including health and wellbeing initiatives, learning and development programs, and recognition and reward schemes.
- Employment Relations: Provide guidance and support on employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business performance and growth.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 7 Qualification: Hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification in HR or a related field.
- Commercial Experience: Have previous experience working in a commercial business, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
- HR Generalist Experience: Have experience working in a broad generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Project Management Experience: Have experience leading and delivering HR projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- HRIS Experience: Have experience working with HRIS systems, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
