About the Role

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our HR strategy, working closely with the Head of HR and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial advice on HR issues and upskill managers on employment relations matters.
  • Develop and implement HR projects, including HRIS integration and cultural change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and development.
  • Improve HR processes and policies to reflect best practices and support the employee experience.
  • Manage two direct reports and provide coaching and guidance to support their development.
Requirements
  • CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a commercial business, with a focus on HR.
  • Proven experience of working on HR projects, including HRIS integration and cultural change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with using data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid pattern, with 2 days per week in the office.
