Job Description

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will work closely with the Head of People to deliver a proactive and commercial service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and drive HR strategy and projects across the employee lifecycle, in partnership with the Head of People and Senior Management.
  • Proactively gather, evaluate, and analyze data to support the implementation of HR initiatives, including areas such as people management and dynamic headcount strategy.
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation in line with Company objectives, including project deliverables, briefing documents, workshops, and line manager training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern HR procedures, legal matters, and best practices, and work collaboratively with the people team to introduce and embed new ideas and initiatives.
  • Support the identification of HR training needs across the business and coach and develop employees in areas such as line management, dignity at work, and legislative matters.
  • Review and update HR processes to improve workflows and modernize HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an experienced HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
  • Exceptional planning and consultative approach with project management skills and experience.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and passionate about HR practices, seeking to innovate, modernize, transform, and improve culture, processes, and the employee experience.
