About the Role
">The Biffa Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will provide first-line technical support for all IT-related issues across the group.
Key Responsibilities
">- Handle customer incidents or requests in a professional manner
- Answer calls and respond to emails regarding new and current tickets
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of incidents and requests
- Log tickets with relevant third parties
- Comply with Service Desk standards, policies, and procedures
- Establish relationships with other IT teams through frequent communication
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
">- Previous Service Desk experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages
- Ability to manage workload effectively while keeping deadlines
