War Crimes Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled War Crimes Investigator to join our team and support a national police team conducting investigations into international crimes against international humanitarian law.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in investigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of partners, including law enforcement agencies, government departments, and non-governmental organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into international crimes, including war crimes and crimes against humanity.
- Collaborate with national and international partners to gather evidence and build cases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, government departments, and non-governmental organizations.
- Produce high-quality reports and briefings to support investigations and decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with current affairs and developments in the field of international humanitarian law.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in investigation and analysis of complex crimes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24.98 per hour PAYE / £31.85 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35).
