About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis at our Head Office in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, answering phone calls, and providing administrative assistance to the Facilities Manager. They will also be involved in processing post and special deliveries, maintaining contact lists, and monitoring health and safety matters.

  • Provide front-of-house service, ensuring a first-class experience for all visitors.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery orders efficiently.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with politeness and professionalism.
  • In collaboration with the Facilities Manager, resolve maintenance issues for both Head Offices.
  • Process post and special deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date telephone contact lists and intranet information.
  • Monitor health and safety matters, adhering to company policies.
  • Process Purchase Orders, obtaining required approvals.
  • Coordinate contractors and third-party suppliers as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require previous reception or customer service experience with excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word) is also necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 per annum, depending on experience.
