Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service at Ancora House. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Support service users in education and daily activities
- Provide observations and liaise with external agencies and families/carers
- Work on a rotational shift basis, including days, nights, and twilight shifts
We are looking for an individual with a Mental Health related qualification or willingness to complete an apprenticeship. You will also need to demonstrate a range of work procedures and practices, as well as exhibit your knowledge and abilities. Completion of the Care Certificate is also required.
