Who We Are Looking For

We seek dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of acute healthcare support worker (HCSW) experience in a UK hospital or hospice setting within the last two years.
  • Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks of clinical placements completed.
  • Care Certificate from an NHS Organization.
  • QCF Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support Services issued after 2011.
  • QCF Level 2 OR above Diploma in Health & Social Care or Clinical Healthcare Support issued after 2011.
  • QCF Level 3 OR above Diploma in Healthcare Support or Maternity & Paediatric Support issued after 2011 (For Paediatric & Maternity roles only).
  • Degree /Diploma in Nursing and currently do not have an NMC Registration.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Hospital-based experience.
  • Care of the elderly.
  • NVQ 2.
  • Dementia care.
