About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Live In Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Live In Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our female client who has a spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our client with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring our client's safety and comfort
  • Drive our client's vehicle to transport her between her home and university
  • Prepare meals and assist with household chores, including cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage our client's independence and participation in activities

Requirements

  • Full clean UK driver's license
  • Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries (desirable)
  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
