Job Summary

Cheshire East Council is seeking a Support Worker to join the Macclesfield Supported Living Network. The successful candidate will provide individualised and person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise people's independence, choice, and control
  • Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, food preparation, and medication administration
  • Work in partnership with individuals, families, and other services to ensure that people's choices and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided

  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
