About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to our client with a spinal cord injury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our client with personal care, moving and handling, driving, and domestic duties, including cooking.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a client who values independence and social interaction, and is looking for a Support Worker who can provide a high level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our client with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with moving and handling, including transfers and mobility
  • Drive our client's vehicle to take her between her home and university
  • Support with domestic duties, including cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage our client's independence and social interaction
Requirements
  • Full clean UK drivers licence
  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
