About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our Macclesfield Supported Living Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized and person-centered care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, food preparation, and administration of medication.
  • Work in partnership with individuals, families, and other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
  • Maximize people's independence, choice, and control, and provide support over a 24-hour period.
  • Participate in a rota that includes working weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
Requirements
  • A positive approach and the right values to work with vulnerable adults.
  • Flexibility to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.18-£12.38, with time and a half at weekends and double pay on Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day).
