About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, we are seeking a customer-centric CRM Executive to contribute to the development and enhancement of a world-class user experience across various communication channels, including email, in-app messaging, Push, WhatsApp, and SMS.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail, comfortable navigating a fast-paced growth environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be deeply involved in designing and executing all communications (copy, creative, design, and messaging) aimed at improving customer experience and conversion rates.
You will report directly to a Senior CRM Manager, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Motorway's Marketing, Product, Strategy, BI, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
Motorway caters to two primary customer audiences: millions of consumers annually seeking to sell their cars, and thousands of professional car dealers across the UK, who utilize our platform to acquire stock.
This role will provide an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to engage with and learn about various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Support Senior CRM Managers in developing growth strategies and initiatives.
- Develop targeted, automated journeys to enhance customer experience.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and impact.
- Generate campaign performance reports to share with the wider business.
- Collaborate with Copywriters and Designers to create engaging, impactful content.
- Support optimization efforts, conducting A/B tests to refine content, subject lines, segmentation strategies, send timings, and other variables.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to drive revenue through CRM.
- Manage and update templates for automated and triggered campaigns.
- Work closely with Customer Support and Sales teams to optimize email content and other automated communications.
Requirements
- Experience working in CRM/email marketing.
- Experience with ESPs/marketing automation platforms (experience with Braze is desirable, but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with a self-starter mindset.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- A customer-centric approach to your work, balancing commercial requirements with customer experience.
- HTML skills (desirable, but not essential).
- A great communicator able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams.
