Territory Sales Manager

Network Talent is a leading supplier of mobile surveillance products to various sectors, established over 20 years ago. We are a multi-award-winning organization within the security sector, achieving consistent annual growth.
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager - Agriculture to join our team, responsible for promoting security products and services to B2B customers in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue and generating new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full sales cycle management from initial prospecting through to closing deals
- Identifying new business opportunities through a range of outreach
- Managing a set of existing accounts within the territory
- Developing quality relationships with key stakeholders in both prospective and existing accounts
- Creating and delivering business plans to maximize revenue growth within defined territory
- Actively promoting the company's brand, products, and values, playing a successful role in the growth of the business
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, including field sales and account management, with a focus on the construction sector. Experience selling to the security space is desirable. A full UK driving license is required, and ideally, the candidate should be based in Guildford or the surrounding area.
The Area Sales Manager Package includes a basic salary of £40,000-50,000, OTE: +£15,000, £8,000 car allowance, laptop and mobile phone provided, healthcare options, pension options, and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
