We are looking for an experienced Medical Equipment Territory Sales Representative to join our team at BMS Performance.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a wide range of medical professionals and to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
About the Company
BMS Performance is a specialist in the provision of medical beds and patient handling/moving equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- To sell medical beds and patient handling/moving equipment into Acute/Secondary Care & Community sectors
- To build relationships with key stakeholders, including nurses, patient handling staff, physios, OTs, and procurement teams
- To identify opportunities for business growth and to develop effective sales strategies
- To provide excellent customer service and to maintain accurate records of sales activity
About You
- You should have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills
- You will need to be comfortable driving a van and handling larger medical equipment
- You must have a full driving licence and be happy to travel to see customers across the South of the UK
The Salary and Benefits
- Basic: £37,000 - 44,000
- Bonus £8,000 - 10,000 - quarterly commission - uncapped
- Company van + fuel card + lunch allowance
