Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join Morgan Ryder as a Territory Sales Professional. This key role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the designated territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND RETENTION.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Promote innovative flat roofing solutions to potential customers and encourage adoption.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.

- Circa £63k salary plus 20% bonus.
