Salary: £40k plus commission, estimated salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on performance.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Field Sales Executive covering Guildford, Surrey & North Hampshire area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales and/or commercial activities, with experience within Waste Management or another service industry being desirable.
The role involves generating new business sales from self-generated opportunities for the area's leading independent Waste Management Company, utilizing various strategies such as cold calling, existing data base/CRM systems, exhibitions, and internet research. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to convert opportunities into new business, while maintaining a professional approach to prospective customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven ability to generate New Business sales through prospecting and networking
* Strong Networking and Negotiation skills
* Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
* Self-motivation and the ability to develop working relationships with all external stakeholders
* Ability to develop positive internal working relationships
