About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Business Development Executive to join our team at Network Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in sales and business development, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding our customer base.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building strong relationships with customers. Experience in the security sector is desirable, but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales prospecting and conversion to drive revenue growth
  • Account management and relationship-building to retain and expand existing customer base
  • Business development and expansion into new markets and sectors
  • Analysis and reporting on sales performance and customer engagement metrics

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. A full UK driving license is required for this role, and ideally, you will be based in Guildford or the surrounding area.

Expected salary ranges for this role are typically between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum, with additional earning potential through performance-related bonuses.
