Customer Service Administrator Wanted

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be the voice of ensuring that valued customers receive exceptional support and assistance. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Manage orders across UK sites.
  • Liaise with commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities, and logistics.
  • Manage and improve pricing; quotation/price files.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food industry.
  • Experience of working with an ERP system.
