Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Conference and Events Manager to join our team at ExCeL London. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including conferences and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events to meet customer expectations
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain profitability
  • Lead a team of event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in Hospitality Management or demanding food environment preferred
  • Knowledge in event planning and management within the hospitality sector
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Up-to-date with industry trends to innovate and enhance our event offerings
