Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our world-class hospitality team as a Conference Sales Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to help drive new business and retention of existing accounts for our venue.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Commercial Sales Manager and Director to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that meets our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive new Conference + Event business and retention of existing accounts
  • Manage the Conference + Event proposal procedure with venue clients
  • Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager and Director to achieve business objectives

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a conferencing/hospitality/catering or food service industry, with previous hospitality, sales, and account management experience required.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
