About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational aspects of our conferences. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards for conference operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with suppliers, venues, and partners to guarantee smooth event delivery.
  • Logistical Oversight: Manage venue set-up, exhibitor coordination, registration processes, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with events and marketing teams to align operational delivery with strategic goals.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct debriefs, evaluate performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven background in event operations, preferably within conferences or exhibitions.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools is advantageous.
