As an Event Operations Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives growth and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Chief Product Officer to develop strategies for our conferences and ensure their success.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our office is based in London, and we prioritize collaboration and teamwork to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement conference strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible rates and services.
  • Manage conference logistics, including venue selection, catering, and accommodations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
