Support Staff for SEMH Children

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is recruiting a skilled SEN Teaching Support Officer to join the team at Paddox Primary School in Rugby, UK.
About the Position:The selected candidate will work within the school's Resource Provision Brambles, supporting children with SEMH needs. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of practice, collaborating with colleagues, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively with staff members

- Show enthusiasm and a sense of humour
This role is initially a fixed-term contract but may become permanent for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:40am – 3:20pm, term-time only with one week of teacher training days per year.
Estimated Salary:Approximately £26,000 - £32,000 per annum based on the national average for a teaching assistant in the UK, considering the location and job requirements.
